Great food

Great breakfast. We enjoyed the local menu and it was so many options to taste. We dont need to find other restaurant to taste Banyuwangi food.

Nice stay , Rooms clean and tody . staff were very friendly

Nice neat hotel , Easy to stay here again.

Breakfast could have been a little better .. food little cool and not a lot of western choices. We had unload and load our own baggage onto luggage carrier from our car , No concierge available at both times. They did turn up but late for both times.

It is close to the train station and transportation is convenient. The hotel is big and staff are nice and professional. We got a very nice welcome drink when we arrived.

The hotel is a bit old style and the room is very small- around 26sqm only. It is not as fancy as it looks from the photos. The food from the restaurant isn't outstanding, they claimed there are Chinese food in the menu but I wouldn't agree

Convenient.

Location to train station and clean room. Convenient for our drop off stay.

Food made both of us ill. Offerings were terrible and poorly cooked. We had to eat here as a last resort option late night and we paid the price.

Very Good

Business hotel with good facilities (Spa, Pool, own restaurant etc.). Rooms well equiped and clean Kind and helpfull staff (even if sometimes a bit over ambitious, but in a nice & friendly way)

My room had a significant smell of cold ashes from past smoking - even if I asked explicitely for a non smoking room (what I also need to sign at check in, that I'm not allowed to smoke in the room) - but it was not over dramativ. The big minus point from my side is the location: Far away from the city center and more than 1km from the next street with restaurants - or better said Indonesian street food stalls. Also far away from public transport (bus station, ferry etc.). This forced me always calling a Grab Taxi to everywhere I wanted to go (which was quite expansive in the end) and to dine in the hotel own restaurant - which was OK, but not more.

Good quality sleep and rest in the heart of Banyuwangi

Bedding quality is superb. Mattress is so good. Not too soft, not to hard. Pillow quality is great. Water pressure is perfect for both cold and hot water. Towel is also clean and soft Both bedroom and bathroom is spotless clean

Room is little small for Aston class. It is just about the same size as budget hotel

Great one night stay. Shame about the car parking.

This was the last hotel we stayed at before driving home. We picked this hotel because it is near to where we got off the ferry from Bali. and was easy to find. It was very busy while we were there, but checking in and out was nice and quick. Also we had no trouble parking the car.

Although parking the car was no problem when we arrived at the hotel, getting the car out of the car park in the morning was not good. we found that we had two cars parked sideways on in front of our car and could not get to it. Security and one of the porters must have spend half an hour trying to find the owners and the keys to the cars parked in front of us. Well done to the young porter who in the end found the keys and moved the cars for us to get out. Note: to the hotel and hotel security, do not block cars in.

Great staff, very good hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, and I would stay here again. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. The hotel met all my expectations, and I loved that there were no plastic bottles of water, there was a ware dispenser at the door and a glass jug in the room with glasses. Language posed some problems, but there were not insurmountable. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was nice, but not spectacular, and there was no logic to the layout.

Probably the best hotel in Banyuwangi

Hotel looks amazing from the inside. Great breakfast!!! Bed super comfortable - with many pillows. :-)

Pool only gets sun in the morning. Personal not 100% fit in Math & English - slightly messed up the payment & gave misleading instructions w.r.t. different items - ... but is otherwise super nice & helpful. :-)

My stay was great . The room was huge and clean. The restaurant excellent

I was asking for a transportation from the Airport to the hotel. This was excellent arranged. The driver a very friendly young man, was already there as my flight arrived. Also my early check in was not a problem and I had no extra charges for that. The people in this Hotel are very friendly and professional. In case I travel to Banyuwangi again I will come beck to this Hotel.

Stopover stay

Modern, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice selection of food for breakfast. Conveniently located near to train station, perfect for onward journey to other destinations.

Couldn’t use the gym due to renovation works, but that was the hotel fault just bad timing for me. Room service a little pricey but food was very well prepared & tasty.
